We had our 2 mo old daughter with us, who was napping, so we had hoped the vehicles would be ready when we arrived in order to keep our visit efficient, but they weren’t. It seems that our appointment request that we called to make was ever completed. Regardless of that initial confusion when we walked in, the receptionist got us help quickly. Rod was available and eager to help. He got the vehicles pulled up for us quickly for test drives. It was great that he knew all the features about the 2 cars we were looking at even though neither was a BMW & we really hadn’t given him time to look up the information beforehand. We tested both but preferred the Lincoln. We weren’t really ready to make a decision that day so we were given the option to take it home for the weekend to make sure the car was what we wanted. They put a full tank of gas it it for us before we left. The extended test drive solidified our decision to purchase so we completed paperwork the next day. The process was smooth & didn’t take much time, which we were thankful for since our baby was being fussy. Before leaving, they made sure the car was detailed and fueled up, which was a nice touch. Other than the mix up about our appointment request, everything else was fantastic! More
Unfortunately a waste of my time. Service Appointment with No Vehicle Washing Overall the staff’s customer service was very professional and courteous. The facility was very clean and offered outstanding amenities while waiting Overall the staff’s customer service was very professional and courteous. The facility was very clean and offered outstanding amenities while waiting for the vehicle service to be completed. However, this visit was one of 2-3 times in the 11-years of owning a BMW vehicle that when I brought a vehicle in for a service appointment, the facility did not wash the vehicle. Would recommend informing the customers of the facility status for washing vehicles - due to potential inclement weather.. Specifically, I drove in excess of 45-miles from Fort Leavenworth to this facility and would have greatly appreciated the BMW customary vehicle washing. Bottom line, the excellent customer service and informative feedback that I received from the staff during this maintenance service visit will ensure that I utilize this facility in the future. More
Service Disappointment I was disappointed that each timeframe I was told my vehicle would be either assessed or completed would pass without any contact from the dealership. Fast and efficient My wife’s x3 suddenly lost power while she was driving home from school. An error code “Drive train malfunction” appeared on the dash. Startled, my w My wife’s x3 suddenly lost power while she was driving home from school. An error code “Drive train malfunction” appeared on the dash. Startled, my wife called me. Luckily, she was close to home. My wife tried to start the x3, and it fired back up. I called service the next morning to see when I could get in. They had an appointment that morning, and with a loaner. My advisor, Derek was waiting for me when I arrived. After I told him my sad story, I was out the door in no time. Derek stated he would email me once they took a look at the x3. The next day I received an email that my car was ready. Upon arrival, Derek took the time to explain what they did to the car and I was good to go. Thank you to everyone involved in getting me in, loaner, and excellent service! More
