Great Experience! My first time visiting there and it was a great experience. Mr. Clinton Wong came out to meet me as soon as I pulled up in the garage. He introduced himself, he was very polite and friendly. He gave me an estimated wait time for the recall of my heater valve when I said I’ll be waiting for my car and showed me the waiting area and where the beverages were if I wanted any. A lady came by later and asked if I needed anything and I thought that was very nice of her, but I didn’t get her name. Later Mr. Wong came to let me know my car would be ready in about 10 minutes, I thanked him and thought, my wait wasn’t that bad. 😊 I had a couple of questions I asked Mr. Wong about my car and he answered them for me. Again this was my first visit there, my husband used to bring in the car, my experience was great and I really appreciate Mr. Wong’s professionalism! Sincerely, Mrs. Wright More

Sam Newton provided amazing customer service and even offered to buy us dinner; something other dealerships do not do. Jordan Kivett was easy and painless to work with. Jordan has remarkable compassion for his finance position and I could not have asked for anyone better. Overall, I had a great experience at BMW of Kansas City South. More

Receptionist is inept I called & asked for the Service Dept at 6:00P. She put the call through & I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I called back on another line & asked wh I called & asked for the Service Dept at 6:00P. She put the call through & I was on hold for 20 minutes.
