I needed some diagnostic work and some repairs. I went in for some diagnostic work and some repairs and oil change etc. I was told I couldn't get a loaner car even though they had to keep my car ove I went in for some diagnostic work and some repairs and oil change etc. I was told I couldn't get a loaner car even though they had to keep my car over night. When I picked up my car the next day there was another issue with the car that wasn't there when I dropped it off. They didn't tell me about it but luckily I caught it before I left the dealership. They said it was just a coincidence that it happened the same time that they were working on it but I would have to pay to get it fixed. I paid but I'm never going back there again. I feel like not only was I ripped off but also did not get treated with respect as a customer. Bad experience. More
