Didn’t know I was buying a car Started out looking at cars across the street. Salesman there was so bad we left w/o even driving a car. Won’t mention the car dealership (4 circles linked together). So glad we went across the street to look at the BMW dealership. We were interested in a used 7 series. Staff could not have been nicer. They didn’t have any used 7 series on the lot but Billy Roskosh helped us look at some inventory online. During that process we decided to look at one of the display cars. A 2018 740e hybrid. They had a big discount already listed but Giuseppe Baldin was fantastic. He along with Jordan Kivett, the finance guy made us feel so at home. Fed us, provided so many incentives and took such great care of my family that we bought a new car. Hendrick Motors, Giuseppe, Billy & Jordan are awesome. You have to visit these guys. More

Good place for service The loaner car isn’t clean on the outside (pollen, dirt, dust, and windows isn’t clear to see through). On the inside, there was some trash not taken The loaner car isn’t clean on the outside (pollen, dirt, dust, and windows isn’t clear to see through). On the inside, there was some trash not taken out (several empty water bottles). Clint is great, got me what I needed done. It’s a bit pricey for a brake flush and air filter replacement ($380), and one of the panel inside the car wasn’t snapped in properly where the air filter was so I had to fiddle with that myself when I got home. The rattles I reported did not get looked at, as it is still under the 4yr factory warranty. I gave up asking. They did charge up my i3 when I picked it up so that’s great. More
