Derek lead the charge when the other two were tending to other matters. My (F15) 3.5D M-Sport was in need of service and some replacement items that should have been covered under our extended warranty plan. Considering that the issue was hardly reminescent of a $75,000+ car, they took it upon themselves to cover what would have been a $341 repair after just a few interactions. We were in Kansas City from Florida for a very unfortunate event and these guys showed us some light. I'm back in Florida, and again dealing with local dealers (Reeves/Ferman) and for a lack of better words, I miss these guys in KC. Tip top service, fit and finish- keep doing you guys, just don't foget about the enthusiasts. More

Long story short, our buying experience with BMW of KC South was excellent. They were transparent with valuing our trade in & throughout the negotiation process. While our purchase was for a used pre-owned car, they never once treated as if our business was insignificant. I would highly recommend them!!!! More
