Full of gratitude for the amazing service I received today . my engine fluid was draining out. It was just a few months past Warranty and Norm was my knight in shining armor to ask Matt his manager to today . my engine fluid was draining out. Then to top it off a mechanic heard how stressed I was trying to find a rental car and he offered to stay late to fix it today . Thanks JP that was so nice of you ! I went in for consultation from my earlier repair shop at different state. It turn out they first repair shop did bad job. I didn’t finish fixing it at this location as they other shop didn’t want to cover e different state. It turn out they first repair shop did bad job. Highly recommend the service center here. Norm Michels does an amazing job! He remembers me and my son’s car when I call to schedule work. He makes sure the appointments are convenient and updates me time does an amazing job! He remembers me and my son’s car when I call to schedule work. He understands that the car is for my teenage son so he helps me review what work is most necessary to be done and what can wait. I trust that he is giving me solid advice and not trying to sell me on things I don’t need (has definitely happened to me in the past at other auto service places and dealerships).
