Not happy my 540i wasn’t thoroughly inspected & tested after service before it was given back to me. Now I have to take it back (again) after it was there for 3 days for warranty repairs, some of which we after service before it was given back to me. Now I have to take it back (again) after it was there for 3 days for warranty repairs, some of which weren’t resolved. I’m addition, one of the dash vents wasn’t reconnected properly & it’s not blowing air so now there’s another issue on top of the original issues. What happened to quality control inspections? Certainly not the caliber of customer service one would expect from BMW. More

Excellent service as always. It is always easy to get in for an appointment and they always have loaner cars available. Wonderful team through and through. Helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely patient despite the fact we had our toddler daughter in tow. The guys in service were great!My brand new 2021 X5 The guys in service were great! My brand new 2021 X5 threw a drive train code after the engine hiccuped so I limped on over to BMW South. Got a loaner overnight and was told the next morning it was fixed. Luckily nothing serious. The bad ignition coil had been replaced under the warranty and we are all good again! Great first impression. Car was fixed and bright bakc to bmw standards. Derek worked with the warranty company to get my tie rods covered. Overall excellent experience. Baron doesn’t and van Subaru doesn’t. Also kc auto sport doesn’t and I have spent several thousand dollars with all if those service departments. Derek and all personelle great to deal with.
