Clint at BMW South Kansas City did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the status of my car. They were able to stay close to the quote they provided to fix my convertible roof and not just the wiri keeping me informed on the status of my car. They were able to stay close to the quote they provided to fix my convertible roof and not just the wiring that was quoted at another BMW service center. I own 6 BMW/Mini’s that I use the BMW service centers to help repair and maintain my cars. The BMW South team did a great job of diagnosis and fixing the problem. Looking forward to working with the team in the future on my new projects that I use the BMW service centers to help on projects that I do not have the tools or time to complete.
