I went in over a year ago to talk with someone in Service about my new BMW which I did buy somewhere else. The guy I spoke with didn't know an answer but said he'd contact me back with an answer. In the mean time I used Baron for my warranty work and they were very good, but proximity to SKC made me try again and I was very pleased with the experience. Clinton Wong was great! I was driving to St. Louis, alone, and my car had a cracked rim. He was very accommodating sympathetic.
