I love the fact that you pull right into the garage and they take care of everything from there! All the staff were very polite and accommodating. I had a few items I asked them to looking into while the they take care of everything from there! All the staff were very polite and accommodating. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I pulled right into the garage and they retrieved my vehicle that had been freshly washed. They met me with a thorough explanation as to what work they had completed, as well as the information on the side items, for which I had asked. More

Their software makes it easy to set up appointments, receive reminders, pay for service, and communicate with my service representative. We were notified of delivery of our new car after 4 pm, with request to complete sale that day as it was end of the month. Offer was made to stay late. While appreciated, we waited 2h 40m before we were ab with request to complete sale that day as it was end of the month. Offer was made to stay late. While appreciated, we waited 2h 40m before we were able to officially complete the sale, with indie that there was someone ahead of us, and with only 1 person doing financing. Exceptionally nice staff, and particularly our salesman Chris Shields, but that wait time was ridiculous and really inconsiderate of our time. I had requested to complete the sale the next afternoon but was trying to be helpful with sales numbers. That process must be streamlined, and customers informed of the possible wait times. This wait is the ONLY reason not a 5 star rating. More
