Unfortunately I’ve tried both BMW service centers in Kc and have not been impressed by either. I’ve had other luxury cars and the service departments have been fantastic, they meet you at your car, willing and have not been impressed by either. I’ve had other luxury cars and the service departments have been fantastic, they meet you at your car, willingly give a loaner even for just an oil change, and appear to really care about your experience. I was disappointed in the service level at this dealership from the moment I walked in when 3 employees were standing there with no customers in sight an no one even acknowledged me until I asked for help. Very disappointed. My next purchase will be Audi or Mercedes where I know the service level will be great More
