I have always had great experiences whenever I've visited, whether it was to purchase my first BMW or because of needed service. Their dedication to the customer has always amazed me. Everyone who works at this location are beyond friendly and kind. Every worker speaks to you, asks if there is anything that you need, and they try to answer any questions or address any concerns during your visit no matter the issue. Purchasing my new BMW this particular time was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, hands down. My salesperson was Giuseppe, and he provided me with exceptional service. I needed a new car because of circumstances beyond my control, and he jumped right to the challenge, helping me find exactly what I wanted. He listened to what I had to say, gave his opinions and input when needed, and made the whole car buying experience effortless for me. Giuseppe was easy to talk to, and he listened to everything I had to say. Never once was I pressured to buy something I didn't want or was I told that they couldn't help me. I cannot recommend this dealership enough to anyone who is currently in the market for a BMW and a great car buying experience. I honestly cannot give Giuseppe enough stars for all of his hard work and patience while getting my deal done. More

Brought my X5 in for regular maintenance. Service advisor, Clinton Wong, was friendly accommodating and very knowledgeable. I was provided a loaner while my car was being serviced.
