A perfect service visit! I received my Takata airbag availability notice a few weeks back, and finally had the chance to schedule in the car (my schedule, not theirs.) I call I received my Takata airbag availability notice a few weeks back, and finally had the chance to schedule in the car (my schedule, not theirs.) I called Michael Brown up on Saturday morning to see about getting into the shop, and about an hour later he called to let me know they had secured a new airbag for me and I could come in Monday morning. I went to their new secondary location on Shelbyville Rd. The place was absolutely clean and neat. Michael met me right away and showed me around the new facility. He said it could take an hour to an hour and a half to complete the work. I waited in the customer lounge for less than an hour and my car was ready. Everything went perfectly. Miles "the manager" is the WORST Miles, the "manager," was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. He was rude and arrogant. The salesperson I was working with tried very hard to accommodate me, as did the finance manager (even though I had my own financing through my bank), but Miles was so awful that I felt compelled to alert the people of the Internet. Although they were very busy when we arrived, we received immediate attention from the receptionist; she called and had Devin Bowman, our salesman, come meet us at the desk. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave additional information about the car, including tips for a 1st time car buyer like me! He told us what was going on every step of the way, and was very patient and friendly with me. I love my car, and cannot thank the staff of BMW of Louisville, and especially Devin, enough!
