Fantastic dealership. Professionalism at it's finest. I got my car in on a Friday night, and by Monday morning they had a rental lined up for me. Adam was quick to get my car in, diagnosed and began work got my car in on a Friday night, and by Monday morning they had a rental lined up for me. Adam was quick to get my car in, diagnosed and began work just as quick. It was done several days before I expected it to be. Also, the car was vacuumed and washed before I picked it up. Worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. They were really quick to sell me a 2016 Chevy Suburban took about 3 hours to finalize everything, but they did not do the details or put gas on the vehic were really quick to sell me a 2016 Chevy Suburban took about 3 hours to finalize everything, but they did not do the details or put gas on the vehicle I spent a week calling them an no one would ever call me back. After that just 1/2 week later the transmission fail, good thing I had warranty but they sold me a piece of junk and today my credit score went down 73 points because they have not paid my other loan for the Chrysler I had, they are telling me that the bank is requesting proof of residency from my husband before they can pay my other loan off an everything in the house is in my name. I i’m fed up with BMW worst place to get a vehicle. More

We took our 2-year-old BMW X3 in for service because of an intermittent panel warning light. We were met by service technician Jeff, who dealt with us in a friendly professional manner. His estimate that an intermittent panel warning light. We were met by service technician Jeff, who dealt with us in a friendly professional manner. Our experience at BMW Of Louisville was exceptional. We took our 2019 BMW for the 1 year service check. We were greeted immediately on arrival. Our service advisor Sarah Gay gave us a brief tour of the fac took our 2019 BMW for the 1 year service check. We were greeted immediately on arrival. Our service advisor Sarah Gay gave us a brief tour of the facility and kept us updated on our service progress. Master Tech James Dellinger performed the work and even recorded and sent a video detailing the work that was performed on our car. He also cautioned that our tires should be replaced before winter. This is a new state of the art BMW dealership and complete service and repair facility. I highly recommend BMW of Louisville. More
