This was a pleasurable car buying experience. Our sales person, Anthony, was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to find us the car we were after and made us comfortable throughout. My reason for docking one star was the finance experience. This was a higher pressure sales experience for selling a bunch of the dealer add-ons, extended warranty, etc. I ended up rethinking everything he talked us into and canceled all the add-ons the next day. I'm looking forward to working with the dealership for maintenance of my new car. More
