I have purchased several M5s from this dealership and everyone that I have dealt with there is an absolute profess encountered in the United States. At the time I met Grace, I was driving a BMW 3 Series Wagon and she told me about the X3 years ago. She is smart, friendly and knows her cars well. Grace stayed in touch and when my lease was up Grace ordered my first X3 for me. I have just leased my third X3 from Grace. It is a terrific car for us to travel to our weekend home from lower Manhattan. I don't know if my next car will be an X3, but I'm certain that Grace will help me find the right BMW for us. I bought two cars from Grace: 2008 M3(New), 2006 X5 (CPO). She was fanstastic and make the sale process so easy to navigate as compare to other places. These guys are great, took care of me, always delivered on they promises and are very responsive when I have questions (I'm a car guy, so they get a lot of questions). With the maintainance free program, it's worry free service both financially and mentally. Some of the other guys are not so great, but Grace, Freddy and Jia Ho are the best I know. More

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable, and is honest and upfront about any additional costs, delays in pick-up time, etc. I appreciate their honesty and feel that they do care about their customers. I had an issue with my car once, and John P was very prompt and professional in letting me know exactly what was wrong. He explained the problem and the charges and was extremely helpful. My car always comes out of there cleaner and more beautiful than the last time. I have and would recommend this dealer to anyone. More
