My sales rep Woody is helpful but the dealer as a whole is a mess. The vehicle got a flat tire before I could drive it home and they said it would be ready by the next day. I reschedule everything for the is a mess. The vehicle got a flat tire before I could drive it home and they said it would be ready by the next day. I reschedule everything for the next day and they told me they don't have the tire and asked me to wait for another 3 days. I waited and came at the time that they said it would be ready and still waited for more than an hour there. As a customer, I never felt my time is well respected and they never offered any compensations. More
