I purchased a used car from BMW Mountain View and their overall service was quite bad. I didn't expect such a bad service from a luxury car brand. If it was not for the car (color/model) and the price I wa overall service was quite bad. I didn't expect such a bad service from a luxury car brand. If it was not for the car (color/model) and the price I was looking for, I would have walked out of the dealership. Both sales and finance team were horrible. I was told, service team will call me for a follow up visit to take care of minor services, that was needed but the call never came, and the sales rep never returned my calls. More
