I was in the area so I called in to make an appointment for an oil change and an inspection sticker. They quoted me $100 on the phone and they knew what car I was driving. I got to the dealership and they for an oil change and an inspection sticker. They quoted me $100 on the phone and they knew what car I was driving. I got to the dealership and they told me that it was triple the cost so I said that is not what I was quoted on the phone but the service advisor gave me a reasonable quote of $129. Car went in for almost 2 hours. Service advisor came out stating there was a nail in the tire and would not patch it, but only replace the tire. I said just leave it and I will have it patched as I have done so many other times with run flats and never had an issue. I now believe that that was done just trying to make up some money on the loss of the oil change quote. I took it to another garage right away and none of the tires had a nail. I called twice and left voicemails with no response. Just poor service, never received the inspection sticker and I was told by locals that I should have never gone there in the first place. We have purchased many BMWs from Norwood and Norwell over the years and it’s unfortunate that this is how BMW service operates and has a reputation for it. More
Went in at 2:30 appointment for an oil change. Was there until 5:45pm and learned there was a multi point inspection done to upsell services I didn't ask about.
