I have purchased a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships in my life. By far, BMW of Ocala was my favorite experience of all time. It was a pleasure working with Malcom Stewart, Kevin Carter, and Christina Gangapersaud, Ricky Rodriguez, and the rest of the BMW of Ocala team on our new car purchase. Malcom did an excellent as sales Carter, and Christina Gangapersaud, Ricky Rodriguez, and the rest of the BMW of Ocala team on our new car purchase. Malcom did an excellent as sales agent. He was very professional, polite and attentive to our needs throughout the process. Kevin checked many times to ensure we were well taken care of. Christina was very efficient with all the financial, warranty, and licensing and registration matters, and was quick to process a change we requested after the sale. Ricky did a great job explaining how all the automated systems worked and made settings tailored to our needs and preferences. Overall, the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
