5 5 Gage Ball is an excellent service advisor. Him and BMW of Ocala, always put their customers first. There's always a nice greeting, and smiling faces all over. They have a nice set up for snacks, nice snacks, which makes you feel special. Gage always takes care of all my issues that I might be having with the car, and I have never heard a 'no' or 'can't' from him. He goes above and beyond. Best person! Bobby Watts always does after service checks to make sure everything was to my content. And is a great guy also. James Jupiter and I speak from time to time about how my experience has been so far and what can he do to make it better. He keeps me updated about new cars. James is another excellent human, and it's just great to talk to him in general. Vitaliy Krutchenko wished me a happy birthday and I really appreciated the gesture. Another great guy. BMW of Ocala is a great place to be, with warm smiles and their genuine urge to help and make the experience better, is just outstanding. I'm a BMW and a BMW of Ocala fan! Having just moved from California to Florida with my X5 breaking down in Texas and repaired at a BMW center there, Brent was able to retrace what was done and complete my service., which was due halfway ac breaking down in Texas and repaired at a BMW center there, Brent was able to retrace what was done and complete my service., which was due halfway across the US. I found Brent to be professional, affable, and provided service well above my prior experiences with other service BMW centers. Now residing in Ocala, I will definitely be taking my X5 to Brent for all my future service needs. More

Always been good but this last service experience was bad. Been trying to get repaired since December. Parts were never ordered, emails went unanswered, phone calls went unanswered, appointment was made bad. Been trying to get repaired since December. Parts were never ordered, emails went unanswered, phone calls went unanswered, appointment was made but nobody told me about it and when I called to find out why nobody was answering me they told me I missed an appointment??? I could not get any call or email back so I stopped by in person to see what was going on and was told I would get a call to set appointment in a few minutes and no call came. Finally emailed and asked to speak to svc manager and that got action More
