I came in for a morning appt. They found a couple of other issues and I agreed to get it fixed that day too. As a result, I ended up sitting there all day until 4:30. It sure would’ve been nice to have a loaner car so I didn’t waste my entire day. Beyond that, had they told me how long it would be I could’ve at least gotten an Uber to get some lunch. I had expected to only be there for an hour, two at the most. I live an hour away so can’t easily have someone come pick me up, but with a loaner I could’ve got some errands done and had something to eat. More
