I'm always pleased with the service that I receive for my vehicle at Zeigler BMW of Orland Park. The service was quick and way more reasonably priced than I was expecting. In addition to ensuring that my vehicle got the service that it needed, he also updated my phone number and new home address. He also ordered a paint touch up kit for me which quickly arrived and was ready for pick up the next day. I had not visited that dealership since last year so I was a little surprised at the new layout. The reception area seating was a little different. I actually ended up sitting out in the showroom area directly across from this gorgeous 2024 5-Series. I find it interesting that no one approached me when I overtly circled and admired this beautiful vehicle for a good 15 minutes before forcing myself to take a seat. It's probably a good thing that no one approached me because I probably would have tried to buy the car. Thank you, BMW staff, for ignoring me. I look super poor and I'm sure no one wanted to waste their time. I can't justify the expenditure since my current car, while old, only has around 20,000 miles on it. I don't need you, gorgeous Cape York Green Metallic 5-Series! But, I digress...This dealership is always so wonderful with my vehicle and I feel like I'm truly appreciated as a customer. Plus, I love the video that was texted to me showing the technician's overview of the current condition of my car. I don't see Cory Kazienko's name listed below under "Rate People You Worked With." If he had been actually listed, I would have given him five stars. More

I had to take my car in following a recall and subsequent repair that had to be made. Tony Scanlon was wonderful from beginning to end- he was efficient, resolution driven, succinct and returned the car at t repair that had to be made. He was my initial point of contact w/ phoning me, arranged a Lyft to take me home- as I had to leave my car, had the paperwork prepared upon my arrival and called me the following day as promised saying the car was ready and the Lyft to bring me back was en route. Upon arrival, my newly repaired and washed vehicle awaited me, I checked out and was on my way. THANK YOU Tony for making my experience simple, efficient, quick and seamless. More
