BMW of Orland Park - Service Center

1 service for tire air leak I went their 4 time I think it was and they couldn't find air leak. I went to discount tire and they said 2 of 4 rims were bent. 2nd service i asked to have my old rotors put in it was and they couldn't find air leak. I went to discount tire and they said 2 of 4 rims were bent. 2nd service i asked to have my old rotors put into car/ trunk . Dion said he will tell mechanics, after service they were not there. I had cashier email him. I had to come back to get them. In between that time i heard squeakikg when stopping at lights or stop signs . I told him, he had me come Saturday morning. He said he couldnt hear breaks. I asked for manager Brian i think and he took care of it. Dion never approached me again. That's ok. Today is 1st day I got car back. I barely drove after I picked it up. I will examine and see if it's good now. 9/13/2024. More
