When we arrived no one greeted us. We had no clue where to go to get service and I had to ask around in order to get serviced. The wait to be serviced was insanely long. I couldn’t make an appointment on line so I was told we could walk in. We arrived around 10:30am and didn’t leave until around 2pm and I just got an oil change. More

Dion Grace was fantastic as he throughly explained all but being a state of an art building as when it was being built many years ago but first time inside not all impressed. The glass of the person sitting in the glass office behing reception desk was smeared everywhere with people just bsing inside, laughing, etc. Your " coffee lounge" consisted of a 4' table with a very $$$ cheap/old one cup coffee maker with a jug of water...xxx this a BMW dealer??? My other auto is a Lexus and when I go in either dealership for service etc, they have a complete business center, a nice lounge with full treats, diff libations, etc. I will probably go to Westmont as this dealer looks a lil rundown or under funded for the customer experience and only to maximax the bottom line for the owner...VERY disappointed is an understated.EEWWWW...felt unclean too More
