I'm always pleased with the service that I receive for my vehicle at Zeigler BMW of Orland Park. The service was quick and way more reasonably priced than I was expecting. In addition to ensuring that my vehicle got the service that it needed, he also updated my phone number and new home address. He also ordered a paint touch up kit for me which quickly arrived and was ready for pick up the next day. I had not visited that dealership since last year so I was a little surprised at the new layout. The reception area seating was a little different. I actually ended up sitting out in the showroom area directly across from this gorgeous 2024 5-Series. I find it interesting that no one approached me when I overtly circled and admired this beautiful vehicle for a good 15 minutes before forcing myself to take a seat. It's probably a good thing that no one approached me because I probably would have tried to buy the car. Thank you, BMW staff, for ignoring me. I look super poor and I'm sure no one wanted to waste their time. I can't justify the expenditure since my current car, while old, only has around 20,000 miles on it. I don't need you, gorgeous Cape York Green Metallic 5-Series! But, I digress...This dealership is always so wonderful with my vehicle and I feel like I'm truly appreciated as a customer. Plus, I love the video that was texted to me showing the technician's overview of the current condition of my car. I don't see Cory Kazienko's name listed below under "Rate People You Worked With." If he had been actually listed, I would have given him five stars. More
