I’ve been coming to the Orland Park location for many years this day January 6 at after 10 check out the cashier was very rude. I gave her my car and her hand. Waited too long for car to be looked at and repaired. Towed to dealership on Friday. Didn’t even look at it until Tuesday. I have to say most of the team was polite and courteous with the exception of Jason Jakubowski. Not only did he ignore me when i was the only customer sitting by the window awaiting service, he took another gentleman who clearly came in after me. I found his dismissive attitude very offensive. I am happy to speak with management should they have any questions. More
