I went in for a recall and Jason was very attentive and answered questions. There was no high pressure sales as I need new front tires. I had to take my car in following a recall and subsequent repair that had to be made. Tony Scanlon was wonderful from beginning to end- he was efficient, resolution driven, succinct and returned the car at t repair that had to be made. He was my initial point of contact w/ phoning me, arranged a Lyft to take me home- as I had to leave my car, had the paperwork prepared upon my arrival and called me the following day as promised saying the car was ready and the Lyft to bring me back was en route. I am giving 5 Stars because Kevin Hernandez was exceptional in keeping me up to date with the progress of fixing my car. He even stayed later than normal to ensure I got my vehicle before he left exceptional in keeping me up to date with the progress of fixing my car. Now I have to try and figure out when I can get it done. Originally, I thought maybe this Friday, but work is not allowing me to have time to do so, So I will have to hold off. The cost of fixing these things is crazy as well. More
