1) The car was given back to me unwashed . it was at the dealer for almost a month and returned back to me very dirty. 2) Tony , from service department was complaining to my bodyshop for a it was at the dealer for almost a month and returned back to me very dirty. 2) Tony , from service department was complaining to my bodyshop for asking him 2 questions . He was literally complaining for asking 2 simple questions: was my car checked yet ? and When should I expect the car service to finish . He was literally telling my body shop that i am blowing his phone up for asking the normal questions any customer will ask . very unprofessional! 3) The car had scratches on it when i received it , and I was not given the chance to inspect it . It wasn’t washed so i couldn't see the scratches , and left for me outside to drive with no inspection . 4) Other people from the service department were very nice and helped me tremendously , except of the few things i have mentioned above. More
