My only disagreement is the amount of time that I have waited for my car for a simple oil change. I understand a couple of hours but dropping off car at 10 am and picking it up at 2:45 or 3 pm is an enti waited for my car for a simple oil change. I understand a couple of hours but dropping off car at 10 am and picking it up at 2:45 or 3 pm is an entire day without a car and it forces me to schedule an entire dat just for an oil change. The last oil change was even worse, the car was there for 7 hours, I hope you are able to cut down the time to under 3 hours. More
