So thoughtful and courteous Stan is amazing. It was nice to be treated like my time mattered. Went in for the airbag recall replacement and was treated very well. We were given a Stan is amazing. We were given a loaner car and had a few hours to ourself in beautiful Palm Springs. Stan did not want us to be inconvenienced at all and we were not. His customer service skills are top notch. Great Customer Service! I took in my brand new 330i due to a noise the driver door was making. They went ahead and gave me a loner car while they checked out my car and kept I took in my brand new 330i due to a noise the driver door was making. Andrew my service advisor was very professional & polite and made sure everything was fixed and good to go. I didn't think they were going to fix the problem due to bad experience with my previous dealership & they proved me wrong. The problem was 100% fixed and I'm very content with the outcome.
