This is a great dealership if you are willing to pay their high asking price. When you ask if the pricing is negotiable, they respond we are already as low as we can go and priced at the bottom of the m their high asking price. The vehicle I am/was interested in was priced high. I was told the price was the lowest they could go as it was already below the market ( it wasn't). Over the next month they dropped the vehicles price by $3000. I again reached out and again, same response, we are already as low as we can go. The sales person I dealt with was Brad Williams. Pretty responsive, until you say you would like to negotiate, then no response! More

I bring my vehicle to the dealership annually. This time the dealership dropped the ball with its lack of communication. Text messages went unanswered and the main phone line was full and not ab This time the dealership dropped the ball with its lack of communication. Text messages went unanswered and the main phone line was full and not able to accept any messages. I never received an "official" notification that the car was ready -- I had to call in and hope the call would be answered. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday morning. I knew it would need to be kept overnight. I called late Friday afternoon and was told the car would be ready within an hour and that the paperwork was being finalized. I arrived to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning -- no paperwork. The dealership's communication totally fell apart during this annual maintenance visit. I truly hope it improves. More
