He kept me informed regularly about the progress of my car's service and tried to minimize the inconvenience created by a couple of unexpected Bryan. I get the impression they are churning for “add on” business. Both my BMWs have low mileage. A 2014 has 14,000 miles and my 2016 has 17,600 miles.
