BMW of Palm Springs is first class on how they deal with customers and how they deal with your car! Customers get a free ride from agency to home and back again to pick up car! Very timely. Cars are cared customers and how they deal with your car! Customers get a free ride from agency to home and back again to pick up car! Very timely. Cars are cared for very thoroughly! They are washed when the mechanics are done! They go over all that was done with your car with you! They are also state of the art in things to make things flow better and with you and your car! A bit disappointed in the service at BMW of Palm Springs for the first time. They are usually very good. I identified a problem in November 2019. The service person ignored my observation.
