He had heard of Lori Asserson (one of the dealership's saleswomen) through a client of his and recommended that I ask for her -- thank goodness I did! I could not have asked for a more pleasant, easy and efficient experience. Lori knew exactly what I wanted and helped me make a decision about the most economical way to achieve it. It was obvious that she was looking out for me, as the customer, and wasn't pushy at all about trying to get me to spring for more features/functions in the car than was reasonable given my budget. She was equally as helpful following the purchase -- she walked me through all of the necessary steps for getting new insurance, and sent Geico everything they needed with regard to paperwork, etc.; I didn't even have to think about it. On top of it she was just so great/fun to talk to! The cherry on top was when I came to pick up the car and Dwayne Wong walked me through everything I needed to know about the vehicle. He was a total expert and I felt very comfortable leaving the dealership having talked through the various functionalities of the car with him. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Overall, the experience was a breeze -- if you are thinking about getting a BMW and aren't using Prestige in Ramsey, you're doing it wrong! More

Cameron helped me order and have installed some custom performance parts. Dwayne the "Genuis" did a great job of explaining all the features of the car. She is attentive, responsive and willing to cater to my needs. Her hands on approach throughout the entire experience (not just the beginning and end of the lease) has also been fantastic. I have happily referred Lori to two of my friends and they also share the same feelings. I will continue to recommend her to family and friends, it is the least I can do after all she has done for me. More
Lori Asserson is second to none You hear people all the time talking about having a relationship with a particular dealership. I've always looked at it a bit differently. My relationship is with the individual, not necessarily with the dealership itself. At Prestige BMW, that person is Lori Asserson. Lori simply goes above and beyond and I have not yet found another in the industry who works as hard as she does to satisfy the customers needs. Lori is extremely responsive, and is a true professional in every sense of the word. Importantly, Lori is very transparent and up front during the negotiation process as to what will and won't work for her and her manager. It's no secret that Lori's approach is not the industry standard many of us have experienced over the years and is the main reason I keep coming back to deal with her. Lastly, with others in the industry as soon as your name is signed to the paperwork you won't hear from your salesperson until either your lease is almost up, or in other cases, not at all. Lori routinely checks in to make sure that you are pleased with your vehicle and that there is nothing further needed from her or the dealership. In short, Lori cares about her clients being happy with their experience and with their vehicle long after the ink is dry on the paperwork. It is for these reasons why I will not only continue to bring all of my business to Lori but will also continue to recommend family and friends as well! More

The experience at Prestige was beyond compare to other dealers in the area (Morristown, Bridgewater, Wayne, Roxbury). The dealership is pristine, the inventory is enormous and the customer service is phenomenal. A large part of that was because of my experience with Tim Gallagher. Tim was patient, he put my needs first and did not try to put my in a car that I wasn't interested in. He was timely with all of his communications, accommodating to my schedule, professional and was effortless in making my experience a great one. At the point of negotiation, he was transparent, and realistic with what he could accommodate. And this experience continued way beyond the point of purchase. I knew BMW for manufacturing great vehicles but after dealing with Tim, I now associate BMW with superior service and the ultimate customer experience. The next BMW I purchase will be from Tim and he should be the first stop for anyone in the market for a new BMW. Thanks Tim! More
