Tim worked with us throughout the day as we browsed for the perfect BMW 5 series. Tim stayed late (2hrs past closing) to ensure our car purchase and experience was 5 star. Jim Casealla was our finance and insurance professional. He too was patient and customer focused. Even though it was 2 hrs past closing, Jim took great care to ensure our financing and insurance was exactly what we needed. More

While the physical building is very nice, it is all about the people and Prestige has assembled a terrific team. First and foremost, my salesperson, Lori Asserson, is truly best in class. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her product, she demonstrates absolute integrity and professionalism every step of the way, provides complete transparency and takes all the worry off the table. This is the second BMW I have gotten from Lori and I have consistently been impressed with her thoughtful and customer-focused approach during the entire sales process. She makes it very easy and very comfortable to make the purchase/lease with confidence. The team at Prestige seems uniformly excellent in my view. From Haley, the lease end inspection professional, to James Porrazzo, Finance Manager and an absolute pleasure to deal with, to Jim, another member of the Finance team who went out of his way to provide clarity around my program options without any undue pressure, to Dennis Clifford, my service advisor who always goes the extra mile for me, to Kristin Perwas, the Product Genius, who demonstrated complete professionalism and patience in taking me through all the features of my new vehicle, all of them were focused on providing me the best possible customer experience. Lori Asserson acts as the QB and ensures that each step of the process is performed at the highest standards and her standards are indeed quite high. Repair that caused more breakdown Second review, brought my car in around may for a transmission fault (ended up being a smg pump relay) replaced it through them the car ran fine for a Second review, brought my car in around may for a transmission fault (ended up being a smg pump relay) replaced it through them the car ran fine for about 3 days then the same exact symptoms and transmission fault appeared but worse when i went back for them to correct whatever mistake they made it took them one week and a few days just to "diagnose" now its a $2200 repair so i decided to get not one not two but 4 diff diag's one from paul miller bmw the rest from independent shops owned by ex bmw master techs anyway what the other shops said was that whatever tech installed my relay installed it incorrectly, long story short i brought my car in for a repair only to get additional problems with my car doesnt seem fair this place has been a nightmare for me, you figure you bring your vehicle in for a repair its a done deal but i guess with prestige they want you to keep replacing more and more parts especially if you're a customer who speaks up. More
