What really impressed me was how Tiffany worked the process to get me in my new BMW (including trading in my lease) from start to finish. She helped me with my lease trade, worked with my insurance company (on a Saturday during a holiday weekend), and had me off the lot in my new car within 90 minutes! No fuss, no hassle, extremely professional, and handled every aspect of my purchase... all I needed to do was sign papers after we agreed upon a price! This is my second time at Prestige BMW and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or buy a BMW! Dwane Wong stayed after closing to show me all the features of my new 428 xi. Very courteous, knowledgable and helpful.
