I brought my 540 to this location once to have it serviced. The car would hiccup when starting up at times. This dealership does not know what customer service is. They told me the problem was serviced. The car would hiccup when starting up at times. This dealership does not know what customer service is. They told me the problem was my after market cd player and charged me $100 for diagnoses. They said since the problem is with a non oem product I have to pay for the service. I believed them and drove the car around with the cd player disconnected and the problem persisted. BTW they scratched my car during the visit. I know they did it because I detailed and waxed the car the day before I dropped the car off. Fed up and took the 540i to Park Ave.....told Dale what happened and I said keep the car as long as you want until you find the problem. All they did was adjust the computer and everything ran smooth. One thing I noticed, BMW dealers all have an attitude. Because of this I may not buy another BMW again. I get better service from Toyota, Honda and Lexus dealer. More
It is pretty funny how these dealership disrespect their customers. I for one will continue to echo the comments that no one should do business with this organization until they get it right! Car in perfect shape, not only from my mouth but from the inspection. Sal and company proceded to treat me as if I was some junky bringing in a accident ridden vehicle. Let me say this, once again BMW and this dealership has let me down again. BMW becuase they continue to allow delaerships like this to exist; they are not even number one in sales! I had a unique experience with Prestige which I must say has made an unforgettable impression. I went through 3 745Li's and though I was accommodated as stated by the dealership with brand new vehicles I m has made an unforgettable impression.
