David was great. He was funny and at the same time very professional. The receptionist that greeted me was very pleasant,warm and friendly. I was there for an hour and I felt the family atmosphere. Service department was more worried about trying to sell me tires rather then addressing my original issues. Not a single sales employee, including one of the managers could help identify a warning light t me tires rather then addressing my original issues.
