2 weeks ago my daughter ran over a nail / right rear tire, which was replaced here in Orlando at Fields BMW of Winter Park. I was very impressed with Sarasota BMW. I had previously gone with another dealership because it was closer to my house, but the feeling in your gut told me to walk away. Very frustrating. I agreed to purchase a used vehicle and placed a deposit, then it took one month to actually get the vehicle "BMW Certified" and isolated body damage I agreed to purchase a used vehicle and placed a deposit, then it took one month to actually get the vehicle "BMW Certified" and isolated body damage dealt with. No effort was made to get the already sold vehicle addressed before multiple other unsold vehicles. We found ourselves constantly calling for updates because none were being given. Once received, we found additional body damage that no one had alerted us to, and BMW Sarasota said that it would not repair. Extremely unpleased with that response. Final paperwork failed to account for my deposit or a refund back for shipping costs, and one had still not been sent to us two weeks after the sale, but required us to continue following up. Not the way it should be. More
