Service center could not resolve my issue. Vehicle has been in multiple times for the same problem. Also loaner/rental was given with about 1/8 tank of gas. I recently called the service department and spoke with Paul Schafer regarding a defective leather dash on my 2018 X5d. Paul was great, he knew exactly how to resolve the issue. I was told the dash would need to be replaced and my warranty would take care of the cost. The part was ordered and I received a call as soon as it arrived. Since it was going to take a couple of days to install the new dash, Paul made sure a loaner vehicle was available. The installation was a success and I was back in my truck within 2 days as estimated! This high quality service is what I have come to expect from BMW and it is why I am on my 11th vehicle! More
