Jack was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in selling us the car. It was a very positive experience. The reduced star: - the X5 was "promised" in 4 -5 weeks - it took 9 weeks. Fortunately we were in no rush but would have preferred a realistic estimate up front Also, Jack never followed up to give us status on car. I always had to check in... Would have preferred a proactive approach. On delivery: - no wheel locks as promised per the sales agreement - car has 20" wheels, but computer was set for 19" throwing out an error message.
