The dealership was so accommodating that the picked up my car(35 mile round trip,)fully serviced and washed my car, for no chrge. Everyone went out of there way to be helpful. We had an appointment for Saturday the 25th at 10:30. All we needed to do was drop off our car and pick up a Loaner, we waited over an hour and a half to speak to our Service Advisor. That is totally All we needed to do was drop off our car and pick up a Loaner, we waited over an hour and a half to speak to our Service Advisor. That is totally unacceptable. We have never experienced anything like that at this dealership. When you have an appointment for 10:30 you should be taken care of in a timely manner. There was not adequate staffing to help the customers in the service area. More
