Scott Gould was very helpful. He greeted us immediately and kept us up to date throughout the 5 1/2 hours we were on site. The initial video was interesting but in our case served minimal use. and kept us up to date throughout the 5 1/2 hours we were on site. Service person did work that I told him not to do. Got no support from service manager. Not the first bad experience at this dealership! I am not a difficult customer. To the contrary I am easy going and fai support from service manager. Not the first bad experience at this dealership! I am not a difficult customer. To the contrary I am easy going and fair, but almost every interaction that I’ve had over ten years has been less than satisfying! More
Its not bad, I do have one complaint though... I took my BMW to get some work done and a oil change, once I got it back the oil was/still leaking, my check engine light turned on and is still on, I will tak BMW to get some work done and a oil change, once I got it back the oil was/still leaking, my check engine light turned on and is still on, I will take it back and see what they can do. Lack of accountability of your own mistake. I am from Jacksonville, FL, and finally found the car I needed to buy that was available at this dealership. I usually check on the CarFax website fo I am from Jacksonville, FL, and finally found the car I needed to buy that was available at this dealership. I usually check on the CarFax website for used cars and that's how I located this dealership. I have reviewed all the specs and details on this car before my visit and asked the sales agent multiple times on the window sticker for my confirmation on all the specs but it was not provided to me and was told that this car didn't come with a window sticker. So after reviewing everything and a lot of research I decided to drive 4 hours to finally buy the car. I reached there around evening and took it for a test drive. This being my first BMW I was unaware of where to look for all the features and considering the given time I didn't have the privilege to sit and look around on all the features as the store was closing in 2 hours. I loved the car and decided to go through the buying process. JP who is the Finance manager who assisted with the buying process. After everything is done the sales agent handed me the window sticker, which was a bit of surprise for me. My wife and I then drove the new car back to Jacksonville and guess what, it was missing one of the most important feature which was listed on the website. I realized that it didn't have the adaptive cruise control which was clearly listed on the CarFax website. What a bummer? I then checked the window sticker as soon as I realized that but couldn't find that feature listed there as well. I still have questions on why I was not provided with the window sticker until after the sale :/ The next day I called JP and informed him about my finding. He was so kind to escalate the issue to the sales team on the discrepancy. But the sales team came back to me stating that they don't take any responsibility for what was listed on the CarFax website coz they don't manage it. Are you kidding me? Why you even advertise on their website if you can't take responsibility for what is being advertised? I felt cheated and being treated unfairly. It was very sad that the team responsible for the advertisement won't even take any accountability for their own mistake. A few days later, I got a call from a lady from the dealership asking about my experience and I did explain to her in detail. And she did apologize for this mess and did assure me that someone from their end will contact me to correct the issue. But it's already been 2 months and no one contacted me to correct anything. I only gave it 2 stars coz JP who is the Finance manager did go above and beyond to help me out with everything and he was the only person who I could connect with and express my concern and he has been very kind to respond back to me every time I reach out. He also refunded me for the detailing service that couldn't be done at the dealership as it was closing which I got it done later after reaching Jacksonville. And the car has everything else as expected and was very well maintained. But this one bad experience took away all the fun of buying a new car. I feel this is unfair to advertise something and sell something else to customers. Anyone in my place would feel the same thing. The car was expensive and the quote JP provided for exchanging it was even more expensive. The point is, why should I even pay the extra price for someone else's mistake? My only recommendation to anyone trying to buy a used car from this dealership is to ask for the window sticker and not trust the sales agent. If they can't provide you with a window sticker then please walk away coz they are going to scam you. Definitely not a pleasant experience with my first ever BMW but it is still very surprising to know that such a reputed dealership won't even take responsibility for their own mistake. More
