Carlos was very helpful when I brought my car in last week to have it serviced. The service department was very thorough, and the fact that you sent a video tape of the mechanic while he was diagnosing t week to have it serviced. The service department was very thorough, and the fact that you sent a video tape of the mechanic while he was diagnosing the issues was awesome! The loaner car was fabulous, I ended up having to drive it for six days until my car servicing was completed. very pleased with the overall servicing. More
