Went out of thier way to accommodate me I needed to replace a tire at short notice and BMW managed to get me booked in quickly. They had the tire in stock and were happy to price match an e I needed to replace a tire at short notice and BMW managed to get me booked in quickly. They had the tire in stock and were happy to price match an estimate I had from another tire company. They did not stop there. They also addressed a recall issue I was not aware of and did an oil change at the same time. This saved me a lot of time and trouble associated with a follow up visit.
