He listened carefully to what happened to me and took the car in for a thorough examination. He was calm, professional and explained what he was going to do to get to the bottom of the problem. He gave me confidence in the car again and after running the electronics and finding that it was the starter motor. Terrific communication throughout the service experience and I look forward to bringing my car back. Also a really nice touch was receiving a short video via text from a mechanic showing the underside of the vehicle, condition of brake pads, rotors, tires etc. Top notch dealership and I felt valued during my visit. Never having driven a BMW, we took the recommendation of a friend and an avid BMW owner John Jones, and decided to visit the dealership. My Lexus lease was expiring (planned on leasing a new Lexus), and Linda's Mercedes a 2012 CLS550 (planned on keeping). Drove the new 2020 740I, and decided this was the car that suited me best. Linda drove the 2020 530I, and she decided to part with her Mercedes (after 40 years of driving only Mercedes). At this time, we are very pleased with our choice of the BMW cars. Mike More

Greg Jones always manages to go above and beyond for his customers. Although he is the service manager, and being a long time customer of BMW, we still prefer to deal with him. We had a little issue with the service advisor that checked us in but after contacting Greg, he quickly handled the situation. HE Is the reason why we choose to deal with BMW of Sarasota. Not to mention the guys working on your vehicle are amazing!! Don't let Greg slip away, you'd be losing alot of loyal customers! More
