Once I had picked a vehicle they were quick to get everything completed so I could be on my way. Unfortunately my wife didn’t like the size of the vehicle I purchased, but after a quick phone call with the sales manager I was on my way back to change it for another vehicle. Unbelievable service and they have a client for life! More
Lousy Service Came in to look into electrical problems. Delay upon delay identifying problem with total bill of $5,500 on a model 2008. When considering just not repairing was told that even that would cost me almost as much and you proceeded. About two weeks later I get text from BMW informing me the car is ready and here is your bill. Went on Sunday to pick car up - only to learn that it was NOT ready. Due to Surgery on Monday I agreed to have car finished and Wednesday delivered to my house. Instead I got a message on Tuesday informing me to pay and pick up car. Replied to bring up deliver promise. Never heard back from you. Only Monday the following week I get a message that now you were going to deliver. By then a had sent spouse and friend to retrieve my car. Obviously nobody noticed it was paid and gone. The handling of this entire process was exceedingly unprofessional and came with a mighty bill. When looking for a replacement Beamer in the future I would certainly NOT consider BMW Sarasota! The service associate was Jorge Mere. An apology of being understaffed and out sick almost a week later does not constitute a good excuse nor apology. It just further shows your dealerships weakness. More
