Rip Off They were supposed to change the engine oil & filter, the engine air filter, and the cabin microfilter. After three hours, they said it was ready. All They were supposed to change the engine oil & filter, the engine air filter, and the cabin microfilter. After three hours, they said it was ready. All they did was wash it! Nothing was serviced. The filters were still very dirty, and the oul was obviously not changed. Do nit cone here for service! They give you popcorn to eat while waiting to make you happy, but they don't do the service work! More

I arrived at 9:30 am and left at 12:45pm - over 3 hours for an oil change. It was my first visit so I received 50% off which was appreciated but i lost a 1/2 day vacation. Perhaps the people that make appointments (which i did for 9:30) should take priority over drive up customers .
