A great experience with Tiffany, she went over the top Tiffany made the experience amazing. My disappointment was with BMW not knowing how to fix its software to work with the latest Iphone upgrade with C Tiffany made the experience amazing. My disappointment was with BMW not knowing how to fix its software to work with the latest Iphone upgrade with Catalina. This was not Tiffany's fault and Greg, the Service Manager called me to explain that it was an issue with Apple. Unfortunately the service center ran a software upgrade on my car which erased all of my favorites and preferences with my computer software. Tiffany made it easy for me to get my car there and back and to negotiate with the service center on pricing. She gets 5 stars, I put 4 because of the above experience. More
