Drive straight Brought my car in for an alignment. I was notified by Carlos that I had a serious tire issue that I didn’t know about. The tech noticed during his ins Brought my car in for an alignment. I was notified by Carlos that I had a serious tire issue that I didn’t know about. The tech noticed during his inspection that one of the tires had a long dry rot crack on the inner sidewall. Said it could be very dangerous considering I like to drive fast with my fast car. So end up replacing both of the front tires and getting the alignment. Carlos knows my driving habits and is always concerned about safety first. The tech also needs to be acknowledged for catching the tire issue. On a another note. While I was there, I decided it was time to replace my wiper blades. But the parts department said they didn’t have them in stock and would have to order them. That would be fine if I lived in Sarasota, but I live 40 miles away. So I ordered them off amazon. Just blows my mind that the parts department don’t have a very common part in stock for a very common car. Service and the tech were awesome. Parts department on the other hand was a joke More
#1 in service In March my X5 started having a "heavy battery drain" warning. I scheduled service and the old battery was replaced. Two days later I got the same In March my X5 started having a "heavy battery drain" warning. I scheduled service and the old battery was replaced. Two days later I got the same alert. My service advisor, Seth Rogers, scheduled the car back into diagnosis the problem. He provided a rental car and said the diagnosis would be completed at no charge. After several days of working on the car's electrical system, the diagnosis was made, the part was ordered, the car was repaired & I have had not further problems. Thank you, Seth, for keeping me informed everyday of the progress and diligently working to get the problem diagnosed and resolved. Ellen Christen More
